In 1999, while I was a cheerleader at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, my friends are I were asked by the NBA to help them start a crowd-interactive square. We weren’t sure what they wanted, and they weren’t sure what we were capable of… so it was perfect! Haha. Our first event was the Hall of Fame Game in Connecticut and I guess we did a great job because only a month later, they sent us to Milan, Italy. It’s been a fun ride since then…
